I hope by now we are all reading on the same page. This is a very critical week in the world of wellness. Yesterday we marked the word diabetes day. This was a day that brought forth the heavy burden our careless lifestyle is costing us despite all the progress since the discovery of insulin in 1921. We continue loosing many people to lifestyle behavior patterns.

We started our 66 days behavior change challenge to raise awareness how NCDs are affecting all areas of our life. There is no better way to deal with lifestyle diseases other than lifestyle adjustment and behavior change.

The following is the road travelled fighting this disease for the past century. Yes from 1921
