we are progressing well in our journey. I hope you have been dedicating time daily to do something on the area of wellness you want to change or improve on since we began this journey. This is the sure way to change behavior patterns. It’s not easy to unclean the re-learn

We must all strive to be literate for the 21st the century. If you are not literate, you become a victim .This is why we are doing this challenge. To avoid being victims of NCDs. We need to have interest to know how our body is made to function and dedicate our abilities to do as our maker directed us to. This is what we do with our gadgets .We read the manual of a Samsung phone and follow the instructions given by the manufacturer. Why not do the same with our complex body?

Our 66 days challenge is an attempt to deepen our understanding of our body.

We started with know thyself focusing on our anatomy.
Our skeleton give us shape .Human beings are made to be erect .Unlike most animals that operate on fours, we do most of our activities in upright position. Even when sited , we are upright .It is only when asleep for 6-8 hours that we change from our upright posture.

We work when sited on our workstation. The problem is most people are sitting for too many hours and we pay little attention to the quality of our workstation .We sit on the wrong posture .This affect our spinal cord which is the second most complex part of our anatomy after the gut because it host the central nervous system . We need to take special care of this sensitive part of our anatomy.

We will discuss this in more details later. For now I recommend we continue studying how our body is made and appreciate its complexity. Our body is made for activity. With todays life that keep us sited all day, we need to make time to engage in physical exercises. It is very critical to be physically fit. Do not just jump into physical exercises. Seek a fitness trainer to guide you how to di it well. This is why fitness is a big industry. We will explore the business opportunities in this sector in subsequent articles
